MMA is a full-contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from different combat sports and martial arts. At UFM we offer both beginner and advanced classes for the enthusiast and the next MMA up-and-comer. The AGEMA Fight team trains in our facility. Anyone enrolled in our MMA classes has the opportunity to train with them at no additional cost! After joining our MMA class and attending several classes you can try out for the AGEMA Fight Team. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

BJJ is a ground-based grappling martial art. It teaches self- defense by using leverage and proper technique. The Gracie family, the founders of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, modified judo and traditional Japanese jujutsu to create the art.
