Fitness Kickboxing

Fitness Kickboxing is a group fitness class combining martial arts techniques with fast-paced High-intensity interval training (Hiit training). This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Pi-Yo (Pilates + Yoga)

PiYo is a total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and Yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility all while having a great time doing it. Instructors can modify the classes whenever necessary to assist beginners.
