Our Junior Spartans classes are designed to be fun, build self-esteem and help bully-proof your child. The age range for the class is 5-12 years old.

MMA is a full-contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from different combat sports and martial arts.

Fitness Kickboxing is a group fitness class combining martial arts techniques with fast-paced high-intensity interval training (HITT training). This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.
